How do you make sure your team is happy and engaged in their work?
Weekly team meetings, weekly 1-2-1 meetings where we discuss how they are doing if they need any support from my side. We try to meet once a week/month at the office (as long as it’s safe to do so), also have some informal chats online to bond as a team.
Make sure you understand the preferred communication channels of each of your team members, as everyone has a different style. This helps with avoiding conflict & miscommunication.

During the pandemic we were using the House party app. Lately, not really.
