What does your team do? What are you responsible for?‍

My team is responsible for the entire new pipeline generation - inbound & outbound.
We create engaging content & run inbound marketing campaigns for our targeted list of Enterprise accounts globally.

Transparency: Always be clear on the expectations and share information with the team.‍

Communication: Make sure you understand the preferred communication channels of each of your team members (as everyone has a different style). Helps with avoiding conflict & miscommunications. ‍

Being Human: Understanding that everyone is human, we all have good days, bad days and empathy is important, especially in these uncertain times.

Weekly team meetings, weekly 1-2-1 meetings where we discuss how they are doing if they need any support from my side. We try to meet once a week/month at the office (as long as it’s safe to do so), also have some informal chats online to bond as a team.

Onboarding new team members and transferring the company culture in a remote world.

Virtual happy hours, in-person sales retreat, game nights.

During the pandemic we were using the House party app. Lately, not really.

Not really, I would just start the meeting asking them about their day/weekend or another interesting thing that I know had happened to them.
