How do you make sure your team is happy and engaged in their work?
We have open discussions and communication about what each day looks like and how the day turned out. Everyone is accessible to each other and helpful to provide assistance when needed. While traditional work hours are in place, everyone helps each other succeed no matter what time of day.

What's your biggest challenge as a remote leader?
Personal relationships building- everyday in and out of the office chat. Harder to build trust at times being remote, being present and knowing what is happening with another colleague in person has a greater return on leading.

Reading materials- like to give books (yes, hard covered books) and or religious/bible verses - Jesus Calling on a daily basis- again being present and listening to what is happening with other colleagues and their current life situation helps build a good culture and morale.
